Who are we?

 Collaborative Living LLC is an adult 24-hour residential program providing care and services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We provide one-on-one care to individuals and help empower them to make choices, build relationships, strengthen their independence skills, and build self-confidence. We are proud to work with staff who value honesty, integrity, and loyalty. Our mission is to help individuals reach their full potential!
